PIPEd Trainer Hired as Company Translator

PIPEd trainer, Ed Hugo, has signed an agreement with gas pipeline company Oritos to provide translation assistance. His role is to improve the understanding of all levels of Oritos’ staff through translating some of the complex terminology and concepts utilised by their Upper Management and Principal Engineers.

A New Alliance:
PIPEd trainer Ed Hugo and Oritos CEO Tom Snell.

“PIPEd trainers are ideal for such a role”, noted Ed. “We are all personally trained in clearly explaining complexities to all. As a result, everyone understands us. And since all PIPEd trainers are technical experts in their fields we understand what Management and Principal Engineers are trying to communicate.”

Oritos graduate engineer Jack Young commented, “Ed’s pipeline courses are great. And now he’s even helping me understand my own company.”

Tom Snell, Oritos CEO added, “Ensuring all levels of my organisation understand the company’s visional aspiration to transform ourselves along a new pathway of synergistic internal relationships and understanding across all inter-departmental, cultural, and technical boundaries is paramount to finding our true corporate expression and moving forward. Since our people don’t always understand where my Management Team and Principal Engineers are coming from we have sequestered Edward Hugo from PIPEd to aid facilitation in better corporate cross consciousness and intercommunication.”

“I agree with Tom”, commented Ed, “As he said, it is important that everyone in an organisation understands each other. I know I can help them out.”

Tom Snell went on to explain, “I’m hoping Ed can really get our employees to comprehend the essence of our mission which is to use a strategic synergistic planning process to help management teams and employees focus on their most significant opportunities to further individuals, client organisations and inter-related stakeholders in understanding their potential and assisting them in doing what’s necessary to turn that potential into actions resulting in the achievement of their goals within the corporate, technical and operational framework of our gas pipelining business leading towards strengthened external, personal, inter-company, and commercial relationships thus maximising our growth and capital position within the industry to the ultimate benefit of our employees and shareholders.”

When asked if he felt he could achieve this goal, Ed responded, “I don’t really understand what Tom just said”.
